The property was clean with amazing staff. We stayed in a twin room with a king size bed. The location was great, next to both the seafront and the town centre as well as the Kilbrannan Guest House, Excelent Host's Excelent Food = Fantastic Holiday.

It made our trip to Great Yarmouth a very relaxing experience. Got an absolutely fantastic breakfast included. Fab very central location near to the ocean and all main attractions as well as the lovely sea front. Sea Life Great Yarmouth was also just a short walk away from the hotel.

Nice place to visit in Great Yarmouth, if compared to other hotels. We loved this lovely hotel and stayed here for 4 nights. Very central location was a plus. Furthermore, the area was local. The restaurant was great and food was high quality.

It was impeccably clean place, staff were very amiable and lovely, and I really enjoyed my modern room. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Sea Life Great Yarmouth. This hotel was located in a shopping area. The restaurant was amazing for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was excellent.

That was quiet hotel set in new area, not far from the horse racing, Kilbrannan where the service is first class and all shops and sea front lovey people. Liked the king room we had with a king size bed. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a nice touch.
